If you like The Flintstones, you'll probably love seeing Fred gamble his savings away, be publicly humiliated at the bank, become furious at his oldest and closest friend twice, and nearly sabotage his daughter's marriage, twice. Fun for the whole family!
There are so many 1993-era jokes here. Nordstrom, Beverly Hills 90210, even Chippendales dancers are all referenced.

I know the original show wasn't the cheeriest, but there is a very unpleasant feeling about this film. Almost all of the characters are jerks or idiots here, with much of the runtime consisting of the Flintstones and Rubbles arguing. I honestly don't blame Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm for almost eloping in Rock Vegas.
