Starbucks takes cage-free eggs and “prepares them using the French sous vide technique resulting in a velvety texture that’s bursting with flavor. There are a couple of different varieties:

Egg Whites and Red Peppersous vide egg bites – Starbucks have added creamy Monterey Jack cheese, plus spinach and fire-roasted red peppers to this variety of sous vide egg bites
